08/19/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved T.P.D. called that on site with a vacant and unsecured house. Arrived and the units were still on site. The house has been cleared and no one inside. Both owners have died and did make contact with a neice and does not want anything to do with the house and has no money to have the property secured. The windows were able to be locked from the interior and did have security bars and all were secured at this time. The 3-security doors were all opened and was able to place screws on the doors to have them secured at this time. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window and posted the N.O.V. to Vacate on the front window due to both owners have died. RV.
08/20/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The house is vacant and secured at this time but needed to have one window screwed shut at the breakaway due to the breakaway has been opened and not able to re-secure. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
