CALLED AND SPOKE WITH LUZ WIERZINSKI WHO STATED THE TENANT HAD BEEN EVICTED, POWER AND WATER SHUT OFF. LUZ ASKED I STAY AND SHE WOULD MEET ME THERE. WE WALKED THE PROPERTIES AND SHOWED HER WHAT I EXPECTED FOR CLEAN UP OF THE UNIT AND SURROUNDING SIDEWALK AREA. I ALSO ASKED FOR THE WINDOW TO BE SECURED. LUZ STATED SHE THOUGHT IT COULD BE COMPLETED BY THE WEEKEND. NOV TO FOLLOW.
08/22/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE GOODMAN Approved RECEIVED CALL FROM PROPERTY MANAGER LUZ WHO STATED THE CLEAN UP AND BOARDING OF THE WINDOW HAS BEEN COMPLETED. LUZ SENT PICTURES OF THE WORK COMPLETED. NOV NOT REQUIRED AS WORK WAS COMPLETED BEFOR NOV COULD BE ISSUED. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
