MANAGEMENT HAAS CONTACTED (2) COMPANIES TO MAKE THE REPAIRS AND GET BIDS, BUT HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED BIDS BACK. WHEN THEY KNEW IT MAY BE A WHILE THE MAINTANENCE WENT BACK AND COVERED THE HALL OPENING WITH DRYWALL UNTIL THEY RECEIVE BIDS TO COMPLETE WORK ON THE DUCT WORK. A/C IS NO LONGER LEAKING BUT DUCT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED, AND WHEN COMPLETED MAINTANENCE WILL REPLACE THE DRYWALL. THERE IS INSULATION AROUND THE DUCTWORK, IT IS MOLDING, I EXPLAINED WE DO NOT INSPECT FOR MOLD. THE WORK IS IN PROGRESS, MANAGEMENT IS WAITING ON PARTS AND BIDS. MAINTANENCE DID DO A GOOD JOB COVERING AREA TO AVOID AREA GETTING DIRTIER, HOWEVER UNIT IS NOT CLEAN TO START WITH DUE TO POOR HOUSE CLEANING. WILL ALLOW MANAGEMENT TO CONTINUE AND COMPLETE WORK . COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
