08/16/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved T.P.D. called that they are on site with a house that was condemned and they found 2-people in the house. Arrived and the units were still on site. They did a search warrant on the property for stolen property and found the owner of the property and another male. They were removed and taken to jail. The search warrant found stolen items on the property and the victims were called to the site. Up to 9 people came to the site to claim their items and the items they claimed were taken off the property. Once the investigation was completed, was allowed to have the property secured. Was not able to find someone to have the property secured. Called Arcaiden Industries to the property to have the mobile home secured with plywood on all the openings. RV.
08/27/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The house id vacant and secured and at this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
