Electric is on a Master Meter System and secured by park maintaince. 4 Units effected at this time. Southwest Gas pulled the meter that was damaged due to the accident. System repressurized and caped/locked to allow for next unit to be useable. My findings are as follow: > The electric service pedistal was damaged by the vehicle when ran over. Electric disconnects were scraped of of the side of the mobile home. The A/C disconnect was pulled inward from the movement of the pedistal. Electric raceways under the mobile home are broken. > The exterior skirting on the south side of the mobile home was damaged by the vehicle. > No damage to the interior. > I met with the Manager and issued NOV's for permits and emergency abatement. >Manager took responsibility for the securement and signed the indemnification form. > Unit was posted unsafe to occupy. |
