08/14/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Communication called that T.P.D. on site with a vacant and unsecured house. Arrived and a unit still on site and have removed someone from the house and gain entry into the house through the rear door. Has casement windows and some are opened and unable to lock. The house has been vacant for some time and not able to locate an owner for the property. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the property secured. Will do posting of Do Not Enter and the N.O.V. to Vacate the property on the front window. The casement windows will be screwed shut and plywood will be placed on the storage room door opening and the rear door. The storage room has a large bee hive in the corner from roof to 4' down approx. 3' wide. RV.
