08/07/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VINDIOLA Approved arrived on site and knocked on door to managers office however no reply. Called and spoke to tenant she is in unit 1205. She allowed me into the unit where I noticed air is blowing out of the vents in a volume consistent of good standing no issue at this time. Bedrooms had fans that she had bought in the bedrooms. Then showed me into restroom where damage to sheetrock and texture at the ceiling was seen. Then showed me to the toilet where it is unable to flush ask her to flush it a couple times and all the water did was Spin and never did drain. Called and left a message for manager will try to meet another manager at apartment complex two streets to the South same owner
09/04/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on site at at manangers office about 3 blocks away and met with mananger. States this apt #1205 moved out and no longer is there. Manager will be re doing unit before next tenant moves in. Will move to close out this caser
