08/04/2018	INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT	VIDAL	Approved	Communication called that T.P.D. on site with a car through building. Arrived and the units were still on site. The vehicle hit the north bedroom on the N.E. corner of the room. The wood post to the porch has been pushed in and was pushed back once the vehicle was removed. The masonry wall of red brick has been pushed approx. 2" west and 1" south. The drywall has cracked on the ceiling by the door to the bedroom and all the corners shows where the tape has torn or pulled away from the wall or ceiling. The wall is away from the carpet on the west side of the bedroom. The living room has some cracks in the drywall by the doors and where the walls and ceiling meet around the north bedroom area. The tenants were advised to not use the north bedroom and was taped off. The items were removed from the room. The house has a second story and that area has no damage. The tenant did sign the N.O.V,'s and kept the copies for the property managers. They had no phone number and will get the number to call. RV.
