LATER RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE OWNER EXPLAINED THAT A MEETING WAS SET UP, OWNER STATED SHE WOULD BE THERE.
09/10/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE GOODMAN Approved FOLLOW UP INPSECTION FOUND NOBODY HOME. CONTACTED TRACY RAMIREZ WHO STATED THE DRAWERS AND DRAWER FRONT WERE ALL REPLACED AND TUB LEAK FIXED. TRACY ALSO STATED THAT A EVICTION NOTICE WAS ISSUED THRU THE COURTS AND OCCUPANTS ARE TO BE OUT BY 9/12. SPOKE WITH OCCUPANT CARLA WHO CONFIRMED THAT EVERYTHING WAS TAKEN CARE OF AND ALSO MENTIONED THEY RECEIVED A EVICTION NOTICE. I EXPLAINED THAT WAS SOMETHING I DID NOT GET INVOLVED WITH. CARLA CONFIRMED THEY WERE MONTH TO MONTH. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
