I FOUND NOBODY WORKING AT THE TIME OF MY INSPECTION, THE FRONT DOOR WAS OPEN TO THE HOUSE. I DID NOT SEE ANY TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS IN THE FRONT YARD AREA THAT WOULD INDICATE A REMODEL GOING ON. THE HOUSE WAS NOT PAINTED IN NEON COLORS BUT MORE OF A ADOBE BROWN AND FORREST GREEN TRIM. THERE ARE NO VIOLATION. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
