08/01/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Spoke with the tenant and the cooler was blowing air but was not strong. Has a Hi and Low and only the Hi was working where you could feel air coming out of the vents. Did go on the roof and the pads have not been changed for some time and was not able to open or remove the side panels to check the pads. They did have water dripping but the pads were clogged and not getting enough air. The son of the owner was called and will be getting some to look at the cooler. Will check in the afternoon. RV.
