| 08/07/2018 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | VALDEZ | Approved | NO VIOLATION: SEE CASE NOTES ON T18DV01653, T18DV01911 Met with Clayton Trevillyan the building official and went over the drawings and the issues on the property of the weep holes. Was directed to meet with Loren Makus the engineer for Stormwater. He did look at the plans and due to the age of the masonry wall being in placed, that there is nothing that can be done through the City of Tucson. If they want something done, that the issue needs to be address through the civil courts. The wall was shown being built on plans that were approved in 1966. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. CLOSE CASE |
