I asked him about the rear shed that was behind the five foot wood fence and locked. He did state that someone is living in the shed however he is not here at this time. States does not stay there all the time but is in the shed at least one to two days a week. States no electricity to the shed at all and when he is here he uses the bathroom and hit a shower inside the main house. I advised him that no one could be living in the shed no matter how many days a week. He understood and at this time could not open up the gate as it is locked. Already had enough information to move forward. Saul trash and debris along front gate as well. Will move to notice of violation |
