07/31/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved The building is vacant and secured. Did check the washes on the side and in the front of the building. Has headwalls with culverts and all of them are clear at this time and check to the 4951 S. Campbell Ave. address and clear past that building also. Did find some pieces of extruded curb that has fallen on the sides of the wash and are away from the culverts and headwalls. The extruded curb has fallen due to the back washing away and under cutting the curb areas. Did see at the bottom a pallet and a matress and did rain yesterday and mudding at the bottom of the wash. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
