07/27/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved VISITED SITE, MET WITH PIMA COUNTY HEALTH AT THE CATCH BASIN, THE BASIN IS ABOUT 10 FT DEEP, PROVIDED A LADDER FOR LPIMA COUNTY HEALTH WHO DID NOT FIND MOSQUITOS BUT DID FIND LARVA IN A 3FT X 3FT DRAIN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE BASIN. I FOUND NO TRASH OR DEBRIS, NO NEEDLES OR HOMELESS CAMPERS IN THE BASIN. THE BASIN ITSELF HAS A CONCRETE CURB AND A METAL FENCE AROUND THE BASIN. BUSINESSES SURROUNDED THE BASIN. KATHY, INSPECTOR FROM PIMA COUNTY HEALTH DEPT TOOK SAMPLES OF THE WATER, WILL TAKE IT IN FOR TESTING AND WILL ISSUE A NOV TO THE OWNERS FOR THE MOSQUITOS. THERE ARE NO VOLATONS FROM THE CITY. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
