I EXPLAINED TO JENNIFER THAT BECAUSE SHE HAS NOT YET SIGNED A LEASE, TECHNICALLY I HAVE NO JURISDICTION. WE ALL MET AND WENT OVER THE ISSUES THAT JENNEIFER WAS CONCERNED ABOUT. ADAM ALSO STATED THEY WOULD NOT HOLD HER TO ANY AGREEMENT AT THIS TIME, CHECK TO BE RETURNED FOR DEPOSIT AND WHEN ALL ISSUES HAVE BEEN ABATED UNDER PERMIT, THAT JENNIFER CAN CONTACT C/E TO COMPLETED INSPECTION VIA PRMITS PLUS TO CONFIRM ALL ISSUE WERE APPROVED AND ABATED.THERE IS NO VIOLATION AT THIS TIME. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
