THIS IS A LIFE SAFETY HAZARDOUS CONDITION, THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM IS IN DANGER OF A FIRE TO ITS SELF AND THE BUILDING. THIS CONNECT WAS REMOVED BY TEP. THE UNIT WAS CONDEMNED AND POSTED. RECONNECT PERMIT REQUIRED. THE OWNER WAS ADVISED TO SECURE THE APARTMENT. MAINTENANCE WAS STANDING BY TO CHANGE THE LOCKS TO THE UNIT. TENANTS WERE ADVISED TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER ABOUT ACCESSING TO THE UNIT FOR THEIR FURNITURE AND OTHER ITEMS. |
