The hole in the wall was made by the maintenance to check for water pipes in the wall and found none. The opening has been left opened to dry the area if wet and to be able to check if the area has a water leak somewhere in the area. At this time found no leaks and should be covering the opening on Monday coming up. No N.O.V. will be written due to the management has been working on the issues. Will check in 5 days. RV.
08/20/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Talk to the manager and the leak was found in the ceiling area and has been repaired. The holes have been covered and patched to match existing. The tenant has no other complaints at this time and the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
