Broken, loose, frayed, inoperable, defective or missing portions of the electrical service, lines, switches, outlets, fixtures and fixture coverings shall be repaired or replaced. THERE IS ALSO RODENT FECES INSIDE THE KITCHEN DRAWS AND INSIDE THE STOVE. THERE IS CAT LITTER GRANULES ON THE FLOORING IN THE BEDROOM. THERE IS FOOD AND DRINK RESIDUE ON THE WALLS IN THE LIVING ROOM AREA AND KITCHEN DRAWS. THE PATIO HAS TRASH AND DEBRIS. |
