07/23/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Communication called that T.P.D. on site with a house lacking utilities. Arrived and the unit still on site and has called PAC to the site due to has approx. 15 cats in the house. The house has no water at this time and the electrical is in the process of being turned off due to lack of payment and the same for gas. The owners have been transported to the hospital for Evaluation. The house will be secured by Arcaiden Industies due to not able to find someone to have the property secured. PAC has left traps in the house to trap the cats and will be back tomorrow to check the traps for cats. The electric and the gas has been removed at the meters due to the property has been condemned and posted Do Not Enter on the front of the house and also placed the N.O.V. to Vacate with the placard. Gave a key to the lock to PAC to open the door tomorrow and placed a City lock on the rear door. RV.
07/24/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Communication called that PAC on site and not able to open the door to get the cats in the traps. Did go to the site and had to re-do the hasp and the door was able to open. They have the key and will check tomorrow for more cats. RV.
