| 07/23/2018 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | VINDIOLA | Approved | Arrived on site and met with the tenant. He showed me to the cooler where the spider was pumping out water to all pipes. Motor was running. Problem was the float was not shutting down so tenant had to shut water valve, so he has to be going back and forth off the roof. Showed me to the front and rear door of home where doors where not locking properly. Teant gave me owners name and number. I called the owner and advised him of the issues. He stated he knew about the float issue and had already called his handy man who would be there either today or tomorrow. Will also address the door situation. I advised him I would be sending him an official NOV, verified the mailing address |
