UPON ENTERING THE UNIT FOUND STUFF STACKED IN THE LIVINGROOM AND BOTH BEDROOMS THAT FAWN STATES WAS BEING COLLECTED FOR A YARD SALE. WE STARTED WITH PEST CONTROL, FOUND MINIMAL MICE FECIES AND FAWN STATED PEST CONTROL HAD BEEN THERE TWICE TO TREAT THE UNIT. I CHECKED THE ROOF SITUATION AND LATER FOUND THAT MAINTANENCE DID FIND A ROOF LEAK THAT DAMAGED THE CEILING. THE CEILING DRYWALL WAS REMOVED IN A 4 FT X 12 FT SECTION OF DRYWALL THAT IS TO BE REPLACED WHEN THE ROOF IS DRYED OUT AND THE DRYWALL CAN BE REPLACED. THE OCCUPANT ALSO STATED THAT THE SLIDING GLASS DOOR IN ONE BEDROOM WAS INSTALLED BACKWARDS AND IT WAS, IN THE 2ND BEDROOM THE WIDOW AND SEAL IS SHOT AND A NEW WINDOW HAS BEEN ORDERED. THEY WILL BOTH BE INSTALLED WHEN THE WINDOW COMES IN APPROX 3-5 DAYS. CONTACTED MANAGER MICHELLE WHO ASKED I SPEAK WITH MAINTANENCE TO VERIFY COMPLETION TIMES. I EXPLAINED TO FAWN THAT IN ORDER TO COMPLETE PEST CONTROL SHE WOULD NEED TO GET ALL THE STOUFF OUT OF THE APARTMENT, AND WOULD NEED TO BE PATIENT FOR DRYWALL, WINDOW AND SLIDER REPAIRS. OCCUPANT IS IN A SECOND FLOOR UNIT. I GAVE OCCUPANT MY CARD BUT WILL NOT ISSUE A NOV DUE TO WORK IN PROGESS. I WILL FOLLOW UP IN 11 DAYS OR 7/24/2018. |
