An elderly constituent Peter Velarde at 6661 E Victoria Street, contacted the Ward 4 Council office. The neighbor directly behind his house across the alley has cut their trees and placed them behind Mr. Valarde's fence blocking his fence and alley. He has a caregiver and she spoke to the neighbor and asked them to remove the tree trimmings last week, and they have yet to do so.
