06/28/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved T.P.D. on site with a homeless camp. Arrived and found tarps and canopy's in the rear of the unit. Did find alot of bike parts and had people in the rear yard and they are stating that they are not staying in the areaa. Was not able to get to the electrical panel due to the amount of storage in the front of the panels. Did meet with the tenant and went over that this all needs to be removed from the property. Will need to remove all the tarps and the storage in front of the electrical panels by today. Will check next week on all the other items being removed. RV.
07/03/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Went to the propety and they had clean the area and did not move all the items out of the area. Did go over that all the storage needs to be removed from the rear yard and the carport area. Did do the N.O.V. on storage to the tenant and did advise that a citation will be written on Monday if the area is not cleaned. Did go over all the bikes need to be removed from the property. Will check on Monday. RV.
