Arrived and the maintenance crew was on site and was clearing the unit of all the trash and debris that was in the interior of the unit. The windows and doors were going to be secured once the clean up is completed with plywood or screwed shut. There was graffiti painted on the interior walls and the unit will be rehab. RV.
07/03/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The unit is vacant and secured and was cleaned on the interior of the unit. The carport has been blocked off with a chain link fence of loose fabric to prevent the walking through the property from Stone Ave. RV.
