Please Help! Burning chemicals/trash (?)@10:00pm@ night in backyard! Smells disgusting! Happens every two weeks. Smoke everywhere. Turn AC off as it sucks smoke in house. Can't sleep/hot w/o AC. Bring my dog in so she isn't breathing it. Different cars come/go. Their dogs barking & fighting.
