06/28/2018 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-13(h) OUTDOOR STORAGE Outdoor storage on residential properties is prohibited under the following conditions: 1. When stored in the front yard. 2. When stored in the side yard or rear yard and is not screened by a minimum five foot high solid wall or opaque fence. 3. When exceeds 25% of the total lot area. 4. When stored in an open covered porch that is visible from beyond the boundaries of the lot. 5. When stored in an open carport that is visible from beyond the boundaries of the lot where the amount of storage restricts an automobile from being properly stored within the carport. A double carport will require enough space to store two automobiles. 6. When storage items include garbage, refuse or debris.
06/28/2018 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-13(b) ACCUMULATION OF REFUSE PROHIBITED. Each owner, lessee, tenant, resident or occupant shall maintain a property so it is free of accumulated refuse and debris. Accumulated refuse and debris means contained or uncontained refuse and debris that is present on the property in a manner not authorized by the Tucson Code. Material recycling facilities meeting the requirements of section 15-24.7 are exempt from this prohibition.

06/26/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on site and met with a gentleman who is living half in the parking lot and half at 2835 East 1st Street. States he's been there for about a month and has permission of. Advised him he had 48 hours to remove his stuff. Made contact with property owner at 2835 who stated she was okay with the gentleman living along side of her property. I advised her the City of Tucson does not allow for people to be living in the yard without any utilities for sanitary reasons she understood. Also made contact with Methodist Church just to the West of this property seen how the parking lot is there property and half of the items are in the parking lot. At front desk and advised her what was going on will follow up on case.
07/19/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The area has been cleaned. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
