The fire was a toaster that had paper on it and burned and went to the wood cabinets. The fire set a sprinkler head off and put the fire out and flooded the area of the kitchen, dinning room, hallway and office by the front entrance of the building. The company was extracting the water already and was pretty much done. Was doing the dry mop and checking for wet spots. Did check the cabinets and they had water and everything was thrown away in the trash. The sprinkler head was replaced by United Fire and the system back on line. Did call City Comm to let them know the the system was back on line. The manager was on site and signed the paperwork. The maintenance supervisor secured the area once everyone was done. RV. |
