06/21/2018	INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT	VIDAL	Approved	Responded to the site due to multiple calls came in. Arrived and the units were clearing and the fire investigators were on site to check for cause. The fire was on the exterior with a christmas tree burning into a mattress and getting into the attic. A water line broke from the heat of the fire. There was some wiring in the area and will need to be check for heat damage. The gas and the electric was turned off at the meter due to the damage of the fire and the water is off at the valve at the house connection. The tenant is under the HOPE Program and will check on getting another location to moved to. The site has gone into crime scene and inspector will be taking over due to have received another call. RV.

GAS WAS TRUNED OFF DUE TO FIRE DAMAGE AND WATERLINE ALSO BROKE IN THE ATTIC, WILL BE ISSUING NOTICE TO OBTAIN PERMIT FOR ALL REPAIRS, WILL BE POSTING UNSAFE TO OCCUPY
