States they just moved in to this property and still working on getting everything situated. Advise them a complaint came in and regards to the parking situation. They were very agreeable with removing or moving back the vehicles in front allowing for pedestrian walkway, they would do this immediately. The side yard or north end of the property will take them a little longer seeing how they are having to clear the backyard from the previous tenants. Once that is done most if not all of their storage of owners vehicles will go into the rear yard. Will follow up with them on Monday
07/02/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on-site for follow-up to find access along front and side have been established. Vehicles no longer parked in the way but actually on the property. Side streets have vehicles however they are parked on the street. Will move to close out this case
