06/17/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a broken water line. Arrived and the units have left the site and the management was in the process of extracting the water from the area. The supply tubing at the sink in the mens bathroom had broken. The management was trying to get the water off and was unable and T.F.D. was called. There was a plumber on site from Abacus Plumbing already on site and in the process of replacing the angle stops and the supply lines to the sink and the toilet in the mens bathroom. The workers were in the process of pushing the water out the rear door. There was no damage to the walls or ceiling other than they had water on the concrete floor. The store will remain closed till about 3:00 PM and will call when ready to open. No N.O.V. written due to they had a plumber on site and the workers were already extracting the water out the building. RV.
06/18/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Stop by and check the drywall on the walls and ceiling and has no other damage. All the fittings have been replaced at the angle stops and the supply tubings. Still had the fans blowing in certain areas due to the water had got under the shelving and had a smell due to still was a little wet. Everything else looks cleaned and dry. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
