The corral is in the middle of the property with the property setbacks on all 4-sides. The property is cleaned through out the rear yard including the corral area. The owner did talk to zoning and I will be checking and appears at this time that all is OK. RV.
07/03/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Met with Carolyn at zoning at Planning and Development Services Department and they looked at the pictures taken. All the setbacks have been approved and also checked the size of the lot and has enough room for the corral. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
