At the South End of the complex there was an area that had caught on fire and cleanup is happening and roll off is on site. Checked in with management who stated the same they are currently working on the cleanup of that fire damaged unit
06/28/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE GOODMAN Approved ROLL OFF IS ON THE PROPERTY AND DEBRIS FROM THE FIRE IS BEING REMOVED FROM THE EXTERIOR BALCONIES OF THE FIRE DAMAGED UNITS. PROPERTY IS AND ALWAYS HAS BEEN WELL MAINTAINED. FOUND NO TRASH OR DEBRIS FROM THE FIRE OR THE SURROUNDING AREAS, DROVE BY ALL COMPLEXES. SPOKE WITH MANAGER WHO STATED THEY WILL REMOVE EXTERIOR FIRE DEBRIS, BUT INSURANCE COMPANY NO YET COMPLETED SO THEY WILL NOT DO INTERIOR DEMO AT THIS TIME. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
