06/10/2018	INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT	VIDAL	Approved	Had a fire in unit #411 and the fire carried over to the unit. The windows on the walkway have been broken by the fire, the front door has burned, the overhead covering over the walkway has been damaged by the fire on the wood trusses and the drywall has been removed. The bedroom has some fire damage by the window area and has heavy smoke damage through out. The floor is flooded with water from fighting the fire. The electrical has been removed at the meter by being booted at the meter. The heating and cooling system will need to be checked for heat and smoke damage. The management was on site and signed the paperwork on site. The management placed the tenants at another location to stay. The Redcross was called to the site for some assistance. The management is not able to have the unit secured and gave permission to have the property secured by the City of Tucson contractor. Called Arcaiden Industries to the property to have the unit secured. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the window by the entry door. RV.
