06/10/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a apartment fire. Arrived and the units were still on site. The fire started in the living room area and burned into the kitchen area. The fire carried to the exterior and burned the walkway covering and burned the trusses and drywall. A vent hole was cut in the roof in the kitchen area. The drywall has burned or has heavy smoke damage. The door, window and sliding glass door have burned. The electrical has been removed at the meter by being booted. The fire carried to the shingles on the roof. This unit will be a full rehab. The Redcross was called to the site for some assistance. RV.
10/22/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The unit is still vacant and secured and work is being done to the unit. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
