06/08/2018	INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT	VIDAL	Approved	Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a house fire. Arrived and the units were clearing the site. The fire investigators were on site checking for cause. The fire was in the middle bedroom on the east side of the house. The fire carried into the hallwy and has heavy smoke damage through out the house. No vent hole cut on the roof. The drywall has burning on the drywall in the room where the fire was located and the wood framing appears to be not damaged by the fire. The owner gave permission to have the property secured due to not able to get anyone to secure the site. Called Arcaiden Industries to have the property secured. The owner was on site and signed the paperwork and did the posting on the front window of Do Not Enter on the plywood. Redcross called to the site to meet with the owners of the property. The electrical and the gas has been removed at the meters due to the amount of damage by the fire. RV.
06/11/2018	INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE	VIDAL	Approved	The house is vacant and secured. At this time the case will be closed per the administrator due to will be working with the insurance company. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
