Arrived and talk to the management and the contractor has been on site in the morning. The compressure has quit working and the new compressure has been ordered and should be in town in a few days. The management has provided a portable unit and placed in the bedroom. Did ask if it can be placed in the living room and was not sure. The management does have a vacant unit for the coolness and the tenant has refused to go. They have offered the club house and she has refused that also. I did get with the management and they met with the tenant and the portable unit will be moved to the living room and the maintenance will have the sliding glass door secured. Will check on Wednesday if the compressure has been installed. RV. |
