| 06/07/2018 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | VINDIOLA | Approved | Arrived on site unable to knock on the door because of fencing structure. Did however see a makeshift shade structure with wood in the ground and attached to main structure. Because it is attached to structure as support will move to notice of violation for permit. Went to rear alley to find a tool shed structure built behind wall. Found a gentleman by the name of James who states this is a tool shed with no utilities. Structure is 10 by 12. Has 5 gallon buckets in ground full with cement and then built up from there. States he did his research and does not need a permit. I advised him that at least a site plan would be called for as well as conversation with development services. Instructed him not to move forward with this project until research is done and the notice of violation is satisfied. Photos in Sire |
