CALLED AND SPOKE WITH THE OWNERS WHO STATED THEY HAD FOLLOWED THRU WITH THE EVICTION, WENT TO COURT, RECEIVED A JUDGEMNT IN THEIR FAVOR AND HAD TO HAVE THE OCCUPANT REMOVED. ALSO FOUND ADDITIONAL DAMAGE TO THE UNIT WHICH WILL REQUIRE ADDITIONAL TIME. SPOKE TO RICK SALDATE, WE AGEED THAT BECAUSE THE ISSUES WERE TENANT RELATED, THAT TENANTS WERE FORCED OUT THRU EVICTION LEAVING THE UNIT EMPTY, THAT C/E NO LONGER HAS JURISDICTION AND OWNERS MAY NOW GO IN AND MAKE ALL REPAIRS. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
