05/24/2018	INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT	VIDAL	Approved	Communication called that T.P.D. on site with a vacant and unsecured mobile home. Arrived and the unit still on site and has a broken window in the bedroom on the south side and the plywood covering has been pulled down to enter the bottom of the mobile home. The front door was opened and was able to lock the front door. Did make contact with the owner and she is out of town and will be back in 2-weeks. She did give permission to have the property secured due to she will try and find someone in the morning and not able to tell who she was going to call. She did ask for the cost and let her know we don't have the prices. She said OK to have the property secured with the city contractor. T.P.D. did state that someone was seen in the mobile home and the neighbors have confirmed that kids are always going inside. Arcaiden Industries was called to the site to have the property secured. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window facing the street. RV.
