05/07/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on-site to Unit #3 and met with tenants of the property. They stated there is a beehive underneath the storage unit at the rear of the trailer. Beehive has been there for three to four years and they have tried to take care of it but still remains. Posted a notice to treat the bees to Property Maintenance trailer across the aisle from this unit. After the posting was able to make contact with property owner over the phone. I explained to him the situation at unit #3 and he asked for an official notice of violation, which I stated would send and then owner disconnected the phone call. Called him back several times but again he kept on hanging up on me. Will allow him the opportunity to take care of the bees and if necessary will move to step two.
06/12/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on site to find the site free of bees and side of trailer cleaned, will moved to close out this case
