04/27/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT goodman Approved visited site, found two people inside, stated they were living there with the the owner, Jose called and Spoke with Brittainy Bait and turned the phone over to me. I spoke with Brittainy who states she Just had water turned back on 2-3 weeks ago and is now saving to have the power restored. I explained she could not be taking power from the neighbors and if this happens again power will be cut at the pole. cords were remove to the neighbors house and thrown over the fence. Jose removed cord inside the house, he and one other person locked the door and vacated the property. i explained the posting on the front window. unit remains posted, two occupants locked and left the structure and plans were made with Brittaint Bait for shelter and a help pamphlet was given to Jose. compliance / close case.
