04/17/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved VISITED SITE, MET WITH CONTRACTOR CHARLIE, WHO PROVIDED PLANS, 6 FT SETBACK ON THE PLANS WERE CLOUDED INDICATING THERE IS A CHANGE IN THE SETBACKS. I WALKED OFF 5 FT. I THEN CHECKED P+ FOUND THE APPROVED PLANS FOR BOTH STRUCTURES. WHEN OPENING THE CASE NUMBERS A YELLOW FLAG CAME UP STATING THE SETBACKS HAD BEEN REVISED AND PLANS REMAIN APPROVED BY DSD. THERE ARE NO VIOLATIONS AT THIS POINT. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
