She explained to me they had just moved in less than 6 months ago and have all legal paperwork to this industrial Warehouse mixed occupancy with a duplex property in the rear what shows up on the county assessor as such. Ariel photos show the duplex as far back as maps go in 1998 some Twenty years old, and county assesor has entry going back as of 1979 for a duplex. At this point will move to close out case
