04/03/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved T.P.D. on site with a vacant and unsecured house. Was able to have the house secured and screwed all the exterior doors from the interior. Did have one window that was screw shut due to not able to lock the window of a casement window due to the crank was broken. The property was secured. This property was brought up a neighborhood meeting to have checked. The property is part of the Grant Rd. widing project. At this time the case will be closed. Violationn Abated, Close Case. RV.
