04/03/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved T.P.D. called and on site with a vacant house with people in the house with no water. The house has no clear paths to doors and windows and the windows have some screws in them to keep them shut. The front door has been wedged from the interior of the house. The bedroom doors have some of the doors blocked with clothing or items being stored in the room. Have surge protectors to add extension cords to other areas for power. The call came from the Ward office at a neighborhood meeting. There were 7-people in the house. The electrical is being cut at the pole and the gas meter is still on. The house will be boarded up bu T.P.D. Arcaiden Industries was called to the site to have the property secured. 6-people were cited and than told to leave the property. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter and the Notice to Vacate and was posted on the front window and rear window RV.
05/03/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The house is vacant and secured. The property has been cleaned on the exterior of the house. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
