Heard a Voice from the rear yard so I walked around in the driveway to the rear where I found a white van and a RV in the backyard. Addressed 1 Kenneth Gallup who stated he is staying at the property during the day.. Called and spoke to supervision and because of lack of water since 2006 this would be considered a shutdown. Posted the notice as well as abatement order in front structure as well as in rear structure. Owner met me on site about 20 minutes later advise them that no one could be living at the property without any utilities. He already has establish electricity all he would need would be water and he said he would get that done. Until then no one can be staying there will follow up on this case
