Arrived and the units have left the site and officer Hould was still on site getting a dog out of the house. Animal control removed the dog and took it to the compound. The people that were on site have all been arrested and taken to jail. The house is opened and not able to secure due to the doors have been removed and the window broken. Some of the windows that had security bars and were loose to open the windows. Those bars were removed and plywood was placed over the openings. The postings were placed on the interior of the windows and taped to the glass. Did cover the rear door with plywood. People have been sleeping on the roof of the house
