The house has no electrical and no water due to lack of payment. The interior of the house is being remodled and has missing light fixtures, outlets and switches. Has a new water heater insta hot and a new AC package unit on the roof. The tenant has done all the work. Did not find any permits for the work that has been done on the property. The neighbors have complainted that the tenants are working at early morning hours. Did have the owner on site and signed the paperwork and the postings will be done once the plywood is placed on the openings of Do Not Enter. RV.
