Property secure in the front. No trash debris weeds or grass were seen front or side of this property from front. At this point to neighbors came out 1 from 1255 and 1243 w Kleindale. Both stated someone from the bank was there recently as long with a realtor. Was able to hop over the neighbor's gate to get onto property. Found postings from the bank as well as the property notice of it being winterized on 1/4/17. Found another notice dated March the 2nd 2018 from the bank. Checked rest of the windows and doors along the rear and side of the dwelling and found nothing opened. To include the shed which was also locked. Rear gate however was unlocked however chain was still wrapped around the gate I relocked it with one of the city locks. Advised both Neighbors at this point the City had no case as the property was secured buy fencing as well as all doors and windows being locked. Moreover there were no outside property condition violations. Gave Neighbors names and phone numbers of people that had posted to include the bank as to what the next step is on this property. |
